A preferred application to schedule, manage and organize meetings. Zoho Calendar is easy-to-use and has lots of useful features, such as editing meeting times or dates and updating participants with new details, as we use Zoho apps for free like ZoHo Mail. Also, the thing I love is that I can install an app on both iOS and Android devices.
  • Free and user friendly
  • Supports multiple OS
  • Hassle free and scheduling meeting is a cake walk.
  • UI could have been better.
  • Overall a good tool compared to its competitors.
  • Lags a bit at times.
Zoho Calendar is appropriate for every scenario because it reminds you of your upcoming meetings. I am using the product to manage my team meetings in my current project and also in the past projects as well. It integrates well with other applications well and cross functional tool to manage your schedule.

I have been using Zoho Calendar to schedule and track my meetings. It is an online calendar so it can easily be shared among teams. It can be used to schedule meetings, set reminders and even for tracking holidays.
  • It is an excellent platform for tracking meetings.
  • It can be used to share the planned activities between groups or teams.
  • It is a great tool for setting reminders.
  • Live support feature can be included in case of any assistance
It is an excellent tool for scheduling/tracking meetings. It can easily send/receive invitations of events. It seamlessly integrates with other tools like Zoho CRM, Google Calendar, and many more. If you are someone who needs reminders again and again for any events, or deadlines then Zoho Calendar can work magical for you.

We wanted to check out a dedicated calendar system that might allow us to make more modifications and enables more freedom and integration rather than just depending on the calendar of what email system is being used e.g. Google or Microsoft and after watching the introduction video of Zoho Calendar, wanted to give it a try.
  • I can see that Zoho Calendar allows for multiple tab use which seemed to be a rare and useful function to have.
  • I like how the search function is advanced and you can put specific info to find what you require.
  • I like the visual freedom the app gives in terms of the day, month, and workdays, 2-month views, and selecting colours as well, etc.
  • I think Zoho Calendar can improve in the area of making more calendars to subscribe to available, for example for some reason there's no Turkey Holidays calendar available which is upsetting.
  • More freedom in terms of selecting a specific time for work start and end would be good - e.g. I start at 9:30, not 9:00 but there's no option to put that.
  • I found the integration with other apps not so hard but not a breeze either so this could be improved - it took a while for my data from another calendar to come.
I think Zoho Calendar would be good for a person or a team who uses different tools and booking software to have a lot of meetings, just wanting to put them all in one place in front of their eyes and see easily to manage better. And maybe Zoho Calendar is not the best of the options out there for users who focus on simplicity.

Zoho Calendar is used by a new division of our company that just switched over to Zoho Mail. Like other apps, Calendar allows us to share a shared calendar and collaborate. We usually use Zoho Calendar, which is connected with their email platform, when we need to organize recurrent events or meetings with our suppliers.
  • Coordinating schedules with coworkers.
  • Installs on both iOS and Android devices.
  • It's simple to organize a meeting or event.
  • Buttons that are too small should be made bigger.
  • From my perspective, the UI may use some improvement.
The Zoho Mail and calendar app is an excellent choice for anybody establishing a new business and looking for an enterprise-grade solution. When using other email systems like Google, it's better to utilize Google's calendar service instead. In general, if you're starting from scratch, this is a fantastic choice.

With Zoho Calendar, we can all be on the same calendar, making it easier for us to collaborate. No matter what email service the other user uses, they may easily be invited with invites delivered right to their inbox. Depending on my user permissions, I may also be published on a website that is accessible to the general population.
  • Collaborative
  • Ease of use
  • End-to-end integration
  • Monitoring events via sorting through log data
  • Limited invoice templates
  • The software's design and operation are distinctive, yet it might be confusing
To ensure that everyone can attend a meeting at a time that works for them, I can simply check their job status to see if they're available or busy. Subscribing to calendars from friends, public calendars, iCal feeds, and holidays, as well as Zoho Projects and Zoho CRM calendars, is possible. Project meetings may be better organized with the help of this tool.

I used Zoho Calendar to keep track of appointments and meetings. I would like to say that proved beneficial to be used but the product did not, in my opinion. It was often glitchy, erroring out, or completely froze requiring me to use task manager to close and then reopen the service application.
  • It saves dates
  • It saves meeting notes
  • It works sometimes
  • It needs better software integration for use with other services and programs
  • It needs a better source code so that it doesn't crash or lock up as often
  • It should incorporate better customer service for dealing with the issues it creates.
The software would be good sometimes for storing notes from meetings and dates for future meetings / projects, but the software was often buggy and did not always retain the data that was inputted into it, we found. Multiple times my coworkers had to have their profiles recovered because the software somehow deleted them out of it.

We use Zoho Calendar for a new business unit that started using Zoho Mail. Calendar helps us share a common calendar and collaborate in a similar fashion to other tools. Usually, if we need to schedule recurring events or meetings with suppliers, we share this information using Zoho Calendar, integrated with their mail platform on the same website.
  • Share meetings and calendars.
  • Integrate with Zoho Mail for quick collaboration.
  • It’s free for up to 5 users.
  • The interface could be a bit better from my point of view.
If you are starting a new venture and need a free, enterprise-grade mail and calendar solution, Zoho is a great option. It may not be good if you use other email solutions such as Google, in which case it makes more sense to use Google’s own calendar solution. In general, it is a great option if you are starting from scratch.

Zoho Calendar is easy-to-use and has lots of useful features, such as edit meeting time or date and update participants with the new details, as we use Zoho apps for free like Zoho Mail. Also, the most thing I love and my team is that I can install an app on both iOS and Android devices. Also, as before we was using Google Calendar, Zoho offered integration with Google Calendar and many more calendar apps.
  • Sharing the calendar with the team
  • Can be installed on iOS and Android
  • It's easy to make a meeting/event on a schedule
  • Easy-to-use UI (user interface)
  • Small buttons needs to be made more larger
Zoho Calendar is the best when you would like to easily share a calendar with your team, schedule meetings easily, and manage the calendar and such more features.

Zoho Calendar isn't the best when you are making an event/meeting in the calendar from the mobile (iOS/Android) and it doesn't provide the same experience on the web (desktop)
